In the last few years, the President of the Company assisted with the acquisition of income generating properties with high cash return with an estimated value of over $150 million. These investment properties were located across Canada, in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. A range of different investment properties were acquired, including institutional and office buildings, a retail plaza, a medical centre, and a manufacturing and distribution centre. The acquisition strategy is focused on acquiring properties with a strong tenant base, long term leases, and limited deferred maintenance. Regions considered as upcoming markets are targeted for investment.
